This privacy policy explains how the BudgetFlow application (the “App”) processes users’ personal data.

Protecting personal data is a priority for us. We act in accordance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
• Czech legislation
• Apple App Store rules

The App is designed to be privacy-first—we do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.

3.1 Data you provide

• Email address: used for registration, sign-in/password recovery, and communication regarding technical support. We do not use email for marketing without explicit consent.

3.2 Technical data

• Internal user identifier (User ID)
• Timestamps of account creation
• Technical metadata necessary to operate the App

This data is used solely to provide the service on a technical level.

3.3 Purchase information

The App may be unlocked by a one-time fee through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed exclusively by Apple Inc.

The App operator:

• does not process payment credentials
• does not have access to payment card numbers
• does not store financial information

We only receive confirmation of a successful purchase (transaction identifier).

The App does not use subscriptions or automatic payment renewal.

We do not sell, rent, or provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Supabase — database and user authentication
• Apple — payment processing

These parties process data only to the extent necessary for the App to function technically and in accordance with the GDPR.

• performance of a contract (providing the service)
• legitimate interests (security and stability of the App)
• consent (e.g. push notifications, if used)

We retain data for as long as the user account exists and for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations.

Users may request deletion of their account and personal data at any time.

Users have the right to:

• access their data
• rectify inaccurate data
• erasure of data
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ)

The mobile App does not use web cookies.
